Guarantee Coverage

Every Old Milan innovation carries our assurance against manufacturing defects in materials and construction. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the integrity of our:

• Fabric selection and dye processes
• Stitching and seam construction
• Hardware and functional elements

Normal wear and proper aging of materials are not considered defects.

Guarantee Duration

Our guarantee periods vary by garment type, reflecting the expected lifespan of different materials:

• Tailored Suits & Outerwear: 5 years
• Dress Shirts & Trousers: 3 years
• Leather Goods & Accessories: 2 years

The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase.

Understanding Limitations

The natural evolution of fine materials differs from manufacturing defects. Our guarantee does not cover:

• Fading from sunlight exposure or improper cleaning
• Wear patterns from normal use
• Damage from improper care or storage
• Alterations made outside our atelier

Making a Claim

To initiate a guarantee claim, please follow these steps:

• Contact our atelier team with your purchase documentation
• Provide clear photographs of the concern
• Include details about care and maintenance history

Our master tailors will assess whether the issue falls under our guarantee.

Resolution Process

For valid claims, we typically offer:

• Expert repair by our in-house tailors
• Replacement of the defective component
• In rare cases, recreation of the garment

The original guarantee period remains unchanged after any repair.
