Orders & Delivery
How are made-to-measure orders processed?
After placing your order, our tailoring team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm measurements and fabric selections. Production begins only after all details are finalized. You'll receive weekly updates with progress photos.
What shipping methods do you use?
All garments are shipped in archival-grade packaging via premium couriers. We offer express (2-3 business days) and standard (5-7 business days) options. International shipments include full customs documentation.
Alterations & Returns
What if my garment doesn't fit perfectly?
We offer complimentary first alterations within 30 days of delivery. For made-to-measure pieces, our tailors will make any necessary adjustments at no cost. Ready-to-wear items can be returned for store credit within 14 days.
Can I exchange fabric after ordering?
Fabric changes can be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. After production begins, changes may incur additional fees. Contact our atelier team immediately if you wish to modify your selection.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my Old Milan garments?
Each garment includes specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend:
