Our Shipping Standards

Each Old Milan garment is prepared for transit with the same care we apply to its creation. Once completed, your piece is hand-folded, wrapped in archival tissue, and placed in reinforced packaging designed to protect its integrity.

Commission & Delivery Timeline

As each garment is made-to-order, we ask for your patience while our Milanese atelier brings your vision to life. The timeline below reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and care:

• Creation Period: 4–6 weeks from commission confirmation
• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (domestic & international)
• Confirmation: You will receive a commission acknowledgment within 2–4 business days

Tracking Your Garment

Once your garment is dispatched, you’ll receive a detailed shipping confirmation including:

• Carrier tracking with real-time updates
• Photographic proof of packaging
• Direct contact information for our logistics team

For any delivery inquiries, our team remains available to assist with discretion and care.

Global Delivery

We ship worldwide with complete customs documentation. Please note:

• All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout
• Shipments include proper commercial invoices
• Customs clearance may vary by region

For high-value orders, we recommend selecting our signature-required delivery option.

Returns & Adjustments

As each garment is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, we offer post-delivery support to ensure your satisfaction:

• Contact our atelier within 7 days of delivery
• Minor alterations may be accommodated at no additional cost
• In the rare event of a craftsmanship oversight, we will cover all associated costs
